I've done the challenges needed to unlock 2 new characters, got the pop-up about it at the end of the runs, but I can't see any way to switch to the other characters (looked at someone unlocking them on YT, no arrows next to the name in my case). I'm running the game without GOG Galaxy (on Linux), which leads me to believe that the game looks at unlocked achievements through GOG, meaning it doesn't think I've got the achievement because there's nothing to look at. Anyone else managed to get this to work with the "offline installer" version or a third party launcher such as Heroic?

Same thing here: offline installer, not using GOG Galaxy, on Windows. I've unlocked the second character twice, but I can't choose it when I start a new game.

I hope they fix that!

Adding myself to the list. Got the popup at the end of the run, but no unlocked character. Using offline installer as well. This needs to be fixed. I do not use Galaxy, don't want part of the game locked behind some launcher wall if this is the case.

Wrote to RedNexusGames on Facebook about the problem, they fixed it (at least, for me) in the 0.9.13a version. They were very kind and the issue has been fixed in less than 24 hours. Hope it fixes the bug for you too guys.

Oh, and I had to unlock the new characters once more after the patch to get them, my first unlock didn't count.
