How does the patrol mission work? Do you start a convoy or just lone wolf it?
I know the "honest businessman" mission involves you playing pirate. If it's in you hometown, does that mean you're targeting one of your own ships?

Patrol requires an orlog ship, can be a convoy, I think the briefing even says so. Its a honest/harmless mission, no piracy. You're told the next stop and go there, after half a day or so anchoring you get the next, repeat about 5 times. You might get attacked one or more time, the promised reward gives you a hint which size of opponent ships to expect. Its like the "get me out of here" tavern missions but with more stops, and a much tighter timeframe. Waiting at the target place for the attack therefore isn't practical, just take those that attack on their own. The pirates that attack are generated for this mission and don't exist before, no worries about your own ships or your own pirate if you have one. Or is that a seperate question? You never target your own ships, probably the local competitor.
Thanks for the response!
