I backed the premium digital download on Kickstarter. When I go to download the game I only see the premium digital download dlc; no separate preorder dlc is listed for download? Does the premium dlc already have the preorder items included?

It should include it so please, check it out. You had to activate the pre-order GOG key. Please, check out the chest at the Tavern and tell us if items are not there.
