Only hard limit is in the first act - the tavern defense mission always happens after 3 days. There's a soft limit to complete act 2 if you want the best reward and praise from the queen. After completing a specific mission in act 3, the act ends after 30 days. And finally, the secret ending requires things to be done at a certain time.

Actually there is. If you don't complete activities within the Crusade within set time limits your morale rating drops like a stone.

Or you could just turn crusade failure off in the settings and not worry about it if you...don't want to worry about it. You can also edit your save file in a text editor and set the morale to whatever you want. So it's not a huge deal.

True that, but it is STILL a time limit.

Only if you want it to be. Just like perma-death, it's optional.

Morale rating is restored once you spend a night in Drezen or the previous acts, a preset camp (not resting camp).

I don't care much about the crusade aspect so I satrted using toy box to set the min level morale can drop to to be 18. Now I don't have to care what order I do things.

In other words if I went out of the way for a long trip to fetch a quest, I never broke Corruption 2 because I can teleport straight home.
