Just tried building a level 1 character, a life oracle with Channeling and the Extra Channel feat, and it turns out that the game doesn't let you. You have to pick your feat before you choose the mystery and revelation, and as a result, you don't yet have Channel when you pick your feat, so you can't actually take Extra Channel, even though I'm pretty sure the tabletop rules would allow it.

Best to submit a bug report via ALT+B ingame.

I am uncertain if it is one of the many known bugs. But since start there were issues known with some certain subclasses of the Oracle.

Looking into it, it seems to be a bug.

Selective Channeling Feat also cannot be picked despite being a recommended feat and you meeting the requirements.

Also it shows a list of Channel Positive Energy in the prerequitie but it does not mention their sources (such as being a cleric or being a life oracle); this is an UI problem.

You can report both issues ingame.
