I've been playing this game for about a week now and have just killed the Stag Lord and his friends. By this time I'm pretty sure some of the class features of certain characters don't work as intended - or I'm just not understanding the rules properly.

>Monk: In my understanding it should be possible to use a stunning strike as part of your flurry of blows, applying to your first attack. This doesn't work for me. If I activate stunning strike and then use my full attack (I tested it with and without doing a 5-foot-step before attacking) my character still only does 1 Strike instead of 3 (2 unarmed Strikes + 1 bite from me being a Tiefling).
The bonus attack from spending a Ki-Point basically produces the same issue: I use it, do a full attack (again, tested with and without doing a 5-foot-step), and my monk just does a single attack.
Also, one last curious thing: in the fight against the Stag Lord I tried to use Stunning Strike on my first Attack (again, only getting a single Attack instead of a Flurry of Blows for a Full Attack Action), used a Ki-Point for a bonus attack on my second turn (again, only 1 attack). On my third turn I just stuck with a regular flurry of Blows, where Stunning strike suddenly activated on the first hit (though I didn't get the bonus attack from my ki-point spent in round 2).

>Cleric/Bard/Inquisitor: Heal Wounds spells of all Levels require an additional standard action to touch the target. The way it is intended (at least I think so, since it's the same with spellcaster's touch spells like shocking grasp) to work is like this: Cast the spell "onto your hands" (Standard action) -> Move up to the target (Move Action) -> Touch the target (Free action) -> healing happens.
Instead it works like this: Cast the spell (standard) -> Move up to the target (Move) -> Touch the Target (Standard again??). This is true for all of the characters in my party (Jaethal, Linzi and Harrim). Also, as previously mentioned, touching attack spells work as intended.

>Eldritch Scion: Spell combat only works if I cast the spell first and attack afterwards, not the other way round. Not sure if this is a bug or indeed intended. (Also, if intended, is combat casting worth it to avoid attacks of Opportunity?)

So for all of those issues I'd like to know:
Is there a workaround? Is any of this intended, especially the Spell combat part? If it's a known Bug, can we expect a fix at any Time, or is there a Mod that's able to fix this?

PS: Don't know if it's relevant, but I'm playing on turn based mode and on patch 2.1.0h

Yes, it's how all combat maneuvers are made in the game. All of them are standard actions.

Healing is grossly inefficient either way, but yes the touch should be a part of the spell.

That part works more or less correctly. You have to declare spell combat when making a full attack as it says it applies to all attacks made in the round, not ones made after, so it doesn't really matter which order you make the actions in.
So the Additional Strike - Ki-Power does the exact opposite of what it's supposed to do? What's the point of even having it then if it just gives you a huge disadvantage?

that one is a free action and does as it should.
Edit: Monk's Issues were cuase by activating abilities via Hotkeys. If you activate the feature you want to use by clicking on it with your mouse it works as intended.

>Cleric's heal wounds: Turns out I didn't get the free touch to heal because Harrim was wielding a weapon and a shield and thus had no free hand. If he's wielding a two-handed weapon like a crossbow he still gets the free touch.

>Spell Combat: Swift Actions are just bugged all over the place. Even if the Icon shows buffs/abilities that take a swift action as active, they sometimes aren't active, so you have to manually de- and reactivate them every round. This still creates a lot of issues, mainly losing attacks when activating Eldritch Scion's Arcane Infusions and Monk's Style Strike (both classes sometimes just lose their move action as well as their standard action after activating a swift-action buff, sometimes just the move action, sometimes no action).
