GodsPlumber: I'm also on Windows 10. I had purchased the Imperial Edition (digital)

I've got a game saved just after the fight at Oleg's and before I open the chest. Might just put it on back burner, check back maybe once a month until things are straightened out.
Maybe worth checking again, they have released v1.1.3 and the DLC. Also I'm not 100% certain but you may have to start a new game for the items to show up. I'm downloading the patch / DLC and going to restart and give the new class a go. Will report back on if the bonus items are in the chest for me.

EDIT: Downloaded Wildlands DLC but there is no new race or class :(
EDIT v1.1.3o Started new game as Tiefling Kinetist. My bonus items are in the chest at Oleg's. Also with this update I no longer need to do the portrait workaround to access the bonus portraits.
