Finally eke'd out a victory in Chapter 6. I've had this character a couple months, and I thought I'd expound on what quests weren't working for me. Every one of these failed upon entering the First World portal.

*Annexation- was not able to expand into Tors of Levanies or Thousand Voices. Not sure when they should have been open, but they never were.
*An Ancient Formula-Bokken never had a breakthrough, just brought regular gifts.
*On the Edge-Despite my solving the kingdom event (I sided with the assassins), there was never a resolution.
*Region Upgrade- see Annexation. Can't upgrade regions I never got.
*Affair of the Heart. Prompted to speak with Kimo, he has no new dialogue for me.
*Eledarian Pearls- Took the Chaotic Evil path. Quest never updated.
*Second Breath- Refused to give the herbs. Quest never updated.

Some of these might be different on a new game now. But this is what I experienced. Overall, a whole lot more hits than misses, so there's that.

And one final thing.
The Tiefling Sisters got slides on my ending, despite my never meeting either one, and not owning the dlc.
At least they got happy endings.
