Amiri enters the throne room. Mentions her tribe and then says to never mind. And the quest shows in my log as failed. Is this a bug or did I have to do something beforehand?

To get the log files and save please follow the steps on this page: https://owlcatgames.com/content/reporting-bug (getting logs on gog is practically the same - in the settings of the game you can turn on "command line argument").
