Hello!

Just bought the game and after a bunch of failures installing due to bad wifi connection the install button is now grey and unresponsive. What specifically led to this was that pressing the retry button wouldn't work, so I tried quitting and opening the app again, but now it just own't let me install the game at all. I'm trying to download it through my browser but it's much much slower and I'd prefer to have it installed in less than a week. Anyone know any solutions?

Games from GOG have no DRM whatsoever. As the result, there is no need to use any client to run them. If you have difficulties with GOG Galaxy, then:

1. Open your game library on GOG site in any web browser.
2. Open the game in question (Pathfinder: Kingmaker).
3. Press "Download offline backup game installers"
4. Download the installers manually, run the executable files and install the game.
To me this just happened with a game (old Fallout 1) that I had installed on my old laptop, I couldn't install it on a new computer using GoG Galaxy.

But if we have cloud saves I think it would make sense to be able to install the same game on multiple machines - now that got me thinking: how does one submit a bug (we can call it a feature request) to GoG?
