My priest cannot use spel Recover from spellbook.
Не используется заклинание Восстановление(4 уровень, школа воплощение) для снятия отрицательніх уровней. При нажатии на иконку заклинания ничего не происходит.

If you mean the spell Restoration (heals ability damage and level drain), you need diamond dust as a material component, which is sold by the priest vendors.

Its written on the spell at the top: "requierments: 2 diamond dust"

But if you do not want to buy the 2 diamond dust: use the scroll. there you do not have to use them.
