I play the last DLC stand alone on normal difficulty and cannot progress past the WIcked chanter. Every time I retire and restart anew I meet only this boss, always on level 25. Once or twice I get it it, but 4 times in a row? This must be a bug, right ?

I had the same issue (weary traveller 3 times in a row). I made another save, this time first 2 runs I had different bosses (weary traveller and captor) (good), but third run I got the weary traveller again. I'm doing a fourth run atm but yeah, it's most definitely a bug. The two quest for killing the 2 bosses I've killed are marked as done in the journal correctly.

Also, did you notice the dragon inventory improving? I'm not sure that's happening.
I am not sure what to think anymore, this post on steam explains how progress is measured in this DLC . Afther the fifth chanter boss I deleted all the saves made with the DLC and restarted fresh, first boss was the priestess on lvl 20, now I run a second expedition, will see how it goes.

P.S. All seems fine now, got the lvl 15 boss, weary traveller.Oh, and no, no inventory improvement on my game.

Thanks for digging that up! I guess that really should be better explained (or just explained in that case). And it still doesn't make sense that the quest is marked as completed when you kill a boss for the first time.
