So the bullentin board(lawful kingdom) and the stocks building(evil kingdom) Gives +2 and +1 respectively to rolls in the area they are built which is great, does anyone know if they stack if you build two of them in an area so you would get a +6 to resolving stuff or if you "only" get +3?

don't think special effects on buildings stack. one per region and that's it.
