When creating an Aasimar rogue and selecting the two weapon fighting as the first feat, the attack reductions aren't applying.
eg: with a human rogue in the 1st room with Short sword and Dagger and dex of 16 the attack values are +1 & +1
with the Aasimar they are -1 & -5.
It's taking into account the off hand light weapon but not recognizing the TWF feat.
Further testing: Seems to be that the base dex must be 15 for the feat to apply. I chose the Musetouched sub type with +2 to dex, so the base dex is 14 but 16 in total which allows the slecting of the feat but not the benefit :)
