You are supposed to get demonic powers when you go with the evil path of it, come so far that I accepted the "blessing", recieved a visitor in the throne room and agreed to build the "vault of forbidden knowledge" and its finished now, gone several months game time since that and nothing has happened, anyone know if it is a broken quest or if I just have to wait longer for the questline to continue?

I don't think so. Haven't read any reports that suggest the quest gives anything other than the the special building. I built one and nothing has happened since. Will repost if something changes.

Sucks nothing happens tbh, that felt like it had lots of potential for some hard followup quest that would give you some powerful evil boon.
