Not sure if it might just affect this one or others, but... I only happened across 3 random attacks on the world map, but Galaxy already gave me the "Survivor" achievement (100 random attacks in the wild)

I also experienced this bug; it seems to also apply to the Opportunist (Successfully solve 100 opportunity kingdom events) and Troubleshooter (Successfully solve 100 problem kingdom events) achievements.

Happened to me too, just after my second random encounter. I wonder if it's Galaxy-specific or if it affects steam users too.

I am having the same issue - I have just started Kingdom building and have the Opportunist & Troubleshooter achievements.
