I thought I had them all. 4 DLC. After latest patch I now have 5, the newest being called 1329787908. Just wondering what that is?

It's most probably the new free Bloody Mess DLC.

But with the constant patches?

This means:
1. install the patch
2. install the new DLC version

every time.

I stopped installing the Portraits for example, but used some custom ones.

Also shouldn't the visual indicator of damage taken be in the game and not a DLC? This is a really cool feature.

It's nice to have, but not really an important feature. Which is probably why it was made now: It's a nice enhancement that doesn't really require lots of work by the coders and game designers (who need to focus on their Starship Trooper reenactment for now).
