I have connected depots to the supply building in other parks but in Victoria Lake the pipes from the building you have to connect to come out at a place where the ground is sloping down. If I drag a path up to the connection it stays below the pipe and won't connect. I saw on a tutorial that you should be able to move things up and down by holding shift and moving the mouse but this doesn't help. I have managed to drag a pipe out from the connection but it emerges above ground and won't connect to a pipe below the ground.

Is there any way of connecting to this or are you just supposed the build this park without using depots?
