It says a search scanner has been installed but I can't find it and it's not doing it automatically because I keep getting warnings. please help

The "Search"-button only appears, when you've found a reason to search that person. Make sure to find the discrepancy and interrogate the person about that.
Example: Gender on passport and the appearance don't match. Activate the investigation mode, click on the gender on the passport and on the person. If a discrepancy is detected, click on Interrogation to enable the search scanner.
