I downloaded and unzipped both The Republia Times and Six Degrees of Sabotage (come with Papers Please). For both games, I go to the folder and the application is a setup icon. When I run either of them, I just get a white window.

Is it the same thing? 'Cause it seemed silly bundling games you could already play free in a browser.

Yes, they are the same. And you know, the website may go offline, but you will still be able to play, if you can download it from GOG.
