Fixed valid work pass seals to include all 4 listed in rulebook

Fixed Endless timed mode to give +1 point and +5 seconds when detaining

I wasn't aware of there being inappropriate names. Guess I wasn't paying attention to that.

My curiosity is getting the best of me, I would like to see a list of the inappropriate names that were removed. I certainly never noticed any either.

I'm kind of sad that they removed some of these. After all, Paper's Please is not a childrens game. Marwana Sigarits was especially funny.
