I am currently playing this for the first time and I am on day 14. Are there different endings based on your choices? The reason for asking is, if it makes sense to play againg after the first playthrough and do different decisions in the events.

It makes perfectly sense to play the game more than once, since the story indeed ends differenty depending on what decisions you make. There are 20 different endings in total.
