It's probably never gonna happen.
This game was a one-man job (L. Pope - the developper - is amazing).
It's not worth the effort for a 2013 game that would most likely only get marginal new sales on Mac.
I'm not blaming the developper, I'm blaming Apple (actually, I recently switched to Windows after 25 years on Mac).
