I am asking because it was very nice and fun game based on PG2 mechanics but with better graphics and modern units
like M1 Abrams, T-90 etc.
It is from SSI too and I am thinking why it is not on GOG while newer PG3D is?
It would be great if it will be added too in the future.

I enjoyed it but I always had to 'role play' a bit to make myself use the ' minor allies' All of the games to a certain extent suffered from the problem of why would you buy anything other than the newest and best units. Peoples General just seemed to make it more obvious - you should only be allowed so many American Units before having to but 'Western' Allies and local troops.

I always seemed to end up with a load of Ghurkhas for my infantry when there is a very real limitation in the real world.

Still I'd probably buy it :)
