I loved Panzer General II back in the day, thinking about getting it now. But anyone play Panzer General Assualt 3D? If you had to choose only 1? Which 1? Thanks folks.

In my opinion, PG II is the better game. I always found more replayability in the that one.

Well,,, back in the day-- played PG a hundred times, played PG2 about a thousand times- (and about to again, heh heh) Anyway I played PG3D 2 times (yes meaning maybe twice not 2 thousand....)

PG2 rules (Pg is a great game, but i like the leaders in PG2).

I personally enjoyed scorched earth PGIII but PG2 is w/o a doubt one of the best turn based strats ever made only thing that comes close and maybe exceeds it is X-Com and now with the fan made multiplayer patch oh drool.
