"Trojanic horse TR/Spy.319533.2".
Has anyone an idea what to do?

probably a false positive. there have been other reports regarding GoG games. the Rayman Forever editor, for example.

apparently, GoG sometimes use cracks to get rid of the copy protection. and anti-virus applications love cracks, don't they?
