Running vista, issues here. Tried the few fixes on here. Updated dirctx to the latest version. Chenged the dll file, which allowed it to launch finally. Now I get mouse freeze and when I tab out and back, color issues and mouse unfreezes for 1-2 seconds just to freeze again. Help anyone?
Update: updated to latest nvidia drivers. No help there either. I actually can sort of play, but mouse freezes very frequent and nothing displays correctly when mouse-over.
Update 2: Updated video drivers, changed DLL, updated directx, none of that worked. Opened up the PG folder and used the PGUK220 launch instead of panzer 2.... and BAM. Works great, I unleashed some hell on Spain.
