Not only PG II but PG 3D is patched. Finally I am able to run this game with a more than decent performance in modern systems. The game, like PGII, now uses the homemade ddraw wrapper and the pink colors are now corrected. The terrible performance in game is solved and now all is smooth, the scroll and the gameplay, the headquarters mouse lag is solved. Only in the main menu and certain moents the mouse is slightly laggy, but nothing annoying. now the game is enjoyable again years later. And I tried a lot of workarounds to make it playable without any luck or a perfect solution.
Now I wonder if Pacifc General could be revised again.
If I am not wrong the Panzer General series are property of Ubi Soft. Could it mean that Scorched Earth and People's General, and the rest could be present in GOG eventually. Just wondering and dreaming.
