I tried looking for a definitive answer to this but i didnt really manage it.
So simply, if i get the gold version is all the DLC in there or not?

Yes, the Gold version is the base games + DLCs. See this thread when the change was made here at GOG.

Hi,
Here's what it should look like when you launch the game's menu
See the folder with the Red Circle? That's where the Grand Campaigns are located.
