This is the first time I've ever run the game. I use Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version 1709. The PANDY3.EXE will load into memory and be consuming CPU cycles, but nothing ever shows up. I've attempted to use the PANDY.EXE and nothing happens also. I've also tried to set "Run as Administrator" on the shortcuts and EXEs, and I've tried setting the compatibility modes to Windows XP Service Pack 3, 2, and Windows 98, but still nothing works. Any ideas?

Unfortunately the game isn't officially supported by GOG on Windows 10.

A solution that worked for me was posted for this game under the title "Win 10 support" created by DrakeFox. Though he never marked it solved, the solution posted there helped me to launch the game.
Hope this helps
I used DgVooDoo 2.5 in combination with the modified DLLs given by DrakeFox and it mainly works, except the framerate is all over the place, the games slows down then speeds up like crazy, making it extremely hard to play, especially when you have to jump at the very edge of a platform.

At least I can abuse cheats to lessen the frustration, but see it as a crutch.

I tried forcing VSync but it doesn't seem to work out.
Seems like I'll have to have a Win7 install handy because it used to work fine on my Win7 rig, but on Win10 it's visibly a mess.

voilà la solution ça à marcher pour moi. la solution est sur le site jeuxvideo il faut télécharger la dernière mise à jour de nglide et supprimer tout les fichiers ou dossier nglide dans le dossier du jeu et télécharger le correctif de win32.dll
