After soft reboot each time I've tried launching Painkiller @ 1080p top settings as well as stock and a few variations in between.

Each time after the initial plot/cutscene I experience an infinate load/hang to get to the game play.

MB: ASUS Cosshair V Formula Z
MEM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB dual channel mode 2x8GB
*OC @ stock &1800 &2400MHz
VID: Saphire Radeon 7770
Storage: SSD 256GB Samsung 840pro
OS: MS Windows 8.0xx
*Disabled pagefile (I have OC RAM and want to use it)
*UEFI BIOS: Extreme OC mode for OC + MEM, fulstick CPU non scalable.
*standard config video.
