The two buttons used to open a game to friends or to join a friends game are both grayed out and I am unable to click on them.

I have my Online region set to my region and nothing works. Please help. I have added a screenshot for reference.

Are you using Galaxy? That's required for online play features. If you install the game with the offline installers, then the options are greyed out.

sorry but that's not the solution. I d/l'ed the offline installer and my gf and my "open game to friends" works but my gf can't click that button.

What's that a game that I payed over $80 for has feature restrictions via a third party 'digital' wrapper that is meant to be optional and is 'managing' my fair use 'right'.
Just saying.
