I don't and won't use Galaxy so I don't know if patches (literally, a PATCH, not the whole game again) are provided for Galaxy, but I just recently bought the game and downloaded 14.4 GB. Now, only a week or so later, I'm advised there is an "updated" version available. So, I go to my games listing on GOG and there is a new version available, but NO PATCH!

I have to download the whole thing again?! I have a data cap on my internet and have to pay if I go over it. If the developer isn't providing true PATCHES, then I assume they don't respect their customers. Do they not understand what a patch is? Am I wrong?
