The official release of the music as an extra? Yes, please :) has to be one of the better musical pieces for a game. Any game. If you could fix that GoG, it would be one of the most awesome extras you have here.

Just go to where you have installed the game and there is folder MUSIC in which you'll find .ogg files with ingame music.

I meant the OFFICIAL release :)

This was playable as a real music CD and it would be awsome to have them included in any lossless format
I still got the CD, but I would greatly appreciate this. These old games are somewhat lacking extras, and this soundtrack would be the perfect fix :)
The music contained as extra is the same as the one in the CD soundtrack in the original game.

The GOG version's OST is as well if you burn it to a CD. :P

... but still not lossless. As a real music CD would be.

I know fully well that i can take just about ANY sound file and burn them to a CD and play that as a music CD, but that was not the issue here. I also know that the OGG files contained in the game directory is the same music as on the official CD, but that was not what i was asking for.

Since GoG is offering lossless FLAC-files for quite a few games now, i was hoping that would happen for this release as well. But i guess licensing rights are in the way...
Well you can dream to have better quality music on a CD ONLY if they record true musics with true orchestra.
Sadly... this is not the case, here.
And believe me, i already burn a CD with the present music files and it was perfect.
mcferson: No, the original game used redbook audio on the CD; so if you mean that you burned a CD using the .ogg files from the GOG release, then it was not "perfect" (no matter whether or not you personally would be able to tell the difference).
