I can't exactly explain it well, but essentially when I click a menu option, such as loading a save file, going into options or when the game changes into a cutscene, the screen always zooms out in similar fashion to when someone puts the game in or out of full screen and it's quite annoying and hurts my eyes a little.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Have you tried running the game through DREAMM?
