So after the whole things i get into the menu but i can't move the mouse, well i can't use both keyboard and mouse since i launched the game.

As far as I know (and I could be wrong about this) you cannot skip the opening cut scene the first time you play the game. A good number of games from the 1990s did this for some reason IIRC.
