Zine is the head miner in the north mine, apparently i need his help to get some helidium to fix the boat light.
i already helped his friend, but now when i talk to him my interaction locks up for about 15 seconds and he doesn't respond. i tried reloading, standing in different spots, talking to the other miners first, nothing changed.
as i understand it, fixing the boat light is critical to me being able to get to some of the islands i need to visit.
can i find the rock myself and put it in the crusher? or do i need him to do it?
---> okay... it seems to have fixed itself, not sure why - unless, "go away, make coffee, come back 30 mins later" is a valid way of fixing glitches. anyway, now working as intended.
