Just posting my discussion with Support on how to get ORB working in WIN10

1. Download DgVoodoo files to your machine (support sent me these files)
- D3D8.dll
- D3Dlmm.dll
- DDraw.dll
2. Copy these files to the ORB installation folder
3. Modify orb.ini and set your resolution to a non-widescreen format (i.e. 4:3). 16.9 ratio results in GUI elements being rendered off-screen
