I can confirm to you that the GoG version does NOT have VR support as of this post. I even emailed customer support to ask if they would support this version in the future, but they told me in so many words that its possible, but unlikely. Seems like they don't want to give the GoG version VR. They suggested I refund and get another version.

There's a 10GB update downloadin right now, can't see the patch notes, but I'm guessing this is it.

I noticed it too. I'm making sure to update/post if it is, indeed, the VR update. I never refunded the game on gog lol. I want to use my gog refunds sparingly. Downloading now. Would be so cool if it is the VR update

The 10 gig update wasn't the (full?) VR update, unfortunately. Checked the binaries folder; no new executable. Tested launch with a VR set, no go. Hope they ultimately bring it over to VR for GoG. I think most VR users would understand if the VR version for GoG ended up a little buggy, but a VR blobber for the GoG audience is so enticing. It would be one of the primier VR games to be on GoG, to go alongside Hellblade and Obduction.

Here's to hoping that they still consider making the time to bring it over here to GoG.

im waiting the vr version to before buying. I dont understand why they dont put the vr version in gog.

Wow, this sucks. I bought it on sale. Had I checked the forum, I might have reconsidered even at the sale price. Good VR titles are still too rare, and this looks like it could fit quite nicely. Not developing VR version is fine, not everybody can handle the challenge. But doing THIS when it's already developed and given as free upgrade elsewhere??

I must admit that this is pretty outrageous.

What possible reason could they have for not putting the VR patch on GOG? Did they not use OpenXR?
