Is it up to Steam in that regard or is the update from mid 2023 the last one?

Hi I known ive been asking the same question for weeks but no one will answer ive reached out to the developer only to be ignored I find it really rude when game developer's can't even give common couristy to answer. Yes i did own the game through gog but got refund when i relised the game just wasnt moving forward the same as steam it like my time portia all over again developers just don't respond and leave games in the dark it just wrong really
