Anyone know where this is? It doesn't appear to be in the game folder or any of the usual My Documents folders. The game allows you to change a few basic controls but I'd like to change the camera movement (mouse or arrows by default) to the common WASD useage since those keys aren't in use by any other really needed functions.

Until you found a more internal way use AutoHotkey and make a profile for arrows to WASD. I think it's possible to hook up the profile with a connection to another application (or game) so it's only activated when you start Omerta.
