This is a little weird. I've just installed "Oddworld: Abe's Eoddus" and "Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee" using GOG Galaxy on Windows 7.

My problem is that Abe will only do a running jump when he is moving to the left. When he's running to the right it doesn't work! Is this likely to be a bug, or something I've done wrong, or not thought of? I've not altered the default keyboard controls.

N.B. I'm brand new to GOG, and to gaming on a P.C., so treat me like an idiot, and also let me know if I break any forum etiquette...

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

From what I understand it, it's most likely a bug. If you're playing on a laptop, be aware that most of them have multitap issues, so you might want to consider changing the movement keys to something like IJKL instead of the default arrow keys.

If that doesn't work, try the Verify/Repair in the drop down game menu in Galaxy.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm playing on a desktop, but I will try a different keyboard just in case. I'll try changing the controls too and I'll come back here with an update (not today though).
