"ObsCure" is an above-average survival-horror game, set at an american high school. It has a unique setting (the game takes place at an american highschool) and, for the genre, pretty scary enemies. A few interesting design ideas also help to make game stand out amongst its peers.
A student disappears one night, and all tracks lead to his highschool Leafmore High. Four of his friends decide to go search for him, and boy, do they regret that decision!!! The school is infested with monsters, and dawn is far away....
An interesting aspect is the playable characters. If one dies, he or she is dead! Gone! For good! And they all have special abilities, so you want to keep them alive.One can fight, one can pick locks etc.
I played it on my ps2 years ago when it first came out, but wouldn't mind another rump through Leafmore High.....
