My standard windows mouse is very laggy and doesn't have much control. I get killed by the lowest level critters that to range attack because I can't get close to them to kill them. The mouse doesn't go where its pointed. This is seriously frustrating. I'm using a Win 7 Pro 64 bit system. Does anyone know how to fix this mouse problem?

I switched off the mouse acceleration
