Redfern: So, on Linux DLCs is pretty much useless? They cant be used in campaign and putting aside skirmishes they dont have any use since Gog Galaxy for Linux is myth.

LinuxFire: Hi,
I would like to thank Shiro Games for the Linux version of Northgard.

There may be a solution for Linux gamers, Minigalaxy, an Open Source GOG Galaxy client for Linux.
I haven't tested Minigalaxy yet, but I'm interested in your feedback, if it can work, a nice reset for GOG storyteller !

Having said that, I'm not enthusiastic about the idea of having to connect to a private server that might be closed.
A stand-alone solution that allows you to create your own connection would be much more interesting.
I'm currently using Minigalaxy. It has very basic features: downloading and installing your GOG games. Sadly, it does not solve the problem of the Conquest/Multiplayer mode.

Thank you for that answer, it's interesting.
And since Minigalaxy is cross-platform, I wonder if the version you use is for Linux?
(Sometimes there are faster advances on one platform.)

Yes on Linux
Every since they did a new patch I haven't been able to load my conquest games. Anyone know what to do. I tried synching my gog galaxy & cloud saves along with the downloaded version on my hard drive but no dice.
The conquest mode is now playable without GOG Galaxy and internet access - so it can finally be played on Linux. I don't know in which version they changed that, but the current one (2.7.20) works fine on Ubuntu.
Okay ! Good progress on that front then.

Glad to hear singleplayer is fully playable offline and without Galaxy now, as it should be. Might pick it up now.
