I'm going to copy this here. Discovery/sharing system is not working well since the update.

I've been to a few system that were supposedly claimed and with bases according to posts but nothing was claimed/named in any of the systems (yes I am talking PC to match my platform in Normal mode).

Here is some evidence of the failures of the discovery system (note I could have tried claiming and uploading but did not).

Stinks as that visit another person's base is my last/missing achievement since the new ones were added.

EDIT: I just realized maybe this is HelloGames' answer to my question on if they could make discovery system even more useless and broken (note I've found posts from the 15th detailing this issue and yet noone has received any acknowledgement from HelloGames on it).

EDIT 2: Just adding some more links. Apparently PC and PS4 users are experiencing this same issue so mods/no mods doesn't matter the issue is fully HelloGames whom have not acknowledged this issue at all as of yet.

Reunion accomplished.
I found one!. I decided to search for posts before the discovery system appears to have failed (2017-03-09 my TZ) and earlier. Using that method I found the base of reddit user /u/houtex727 at [HUB-G-137] Pleasantville! I now have the achievement on my GOG stats for this game and a 100% again.

As of today, uploads are commencing again. However, it isn't clear what order the discoveries are being picked up in cases where multiple people have uploaded. Sometimes it appears to be the first one to come online since the update, and in some instances it appears to require a whole new party to discover and upload.
