Portals not actually confirmed, only very strongly implied. There is to be an announcement within 24 hours per emails from Old Gods that were sent to those that registered earlier as Citizen Scientists for the Atlas Foundation and by doing so entered the drawing or lottery to receive one of the 10,000 Level 4 Atlas Level Passes which are in production for subsequent mailing to the selected winners. Since selection has already been made, registering now will not enter one into that random selection but might result in receiving future emails from Old Gods (e.g., CSD of the Atlas Foundation).
The confirmation that was contained in that email included "a new memo from SM about this process is coming within the next 24 hours." It also mentioned possible future projects.

Starkrun: This is a direct link to the Hello Games screenshot used in the active ARG "Waking Titan" they have been using to tease the year anniversary... Tonight they finished (?) the ARG in spectacular fashion.... while we know its not done this was released!
