As described here (https://www.nomanssky.com/pathfinder-update/) there are / were 3 different vehicles, the Nomad, the Roamer and the Colossus.
Are they still in the game and how can i get them?

Yes, they're still in the game. You can get them like you always could by doing the Exocraft Specialist quest, or you can buy the blueprints at the Anomaly where you buy the BPs for building pieces, mining structures, etc.Each of the exocraft blueprints cost 10 salvaged tech modules.

*edit* There are actually more exocraft than those three. There's also the Pilgrim (a motorcycle) and the Nautilus (basically a small submarine). There may be another that I'm forgetting as well.
