Every time I build my base it disapears whenever I go to a new planet or log off. This happens if I save or not. This is becoming rediculous and I cannot play the game until this fixed. Do you think you will ever get around to fixing this? I am really beginning to regret this purchase.

You're better off trying to contact support directly:
https://hellogames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=167605

And contacting the developers via Steam.

The developers from HelloGames don't come here, post here, have several times given sub-par broken patches comparatively, and have left us in the lurch for some features.

Humm..before making a support ticket: You know you can only have 1 base, do you? You can transfer your base to another planet, you need to find a building called 'Habitable Base' and then you need to claim it as your base. But this will dismantle your old one. Then you still need to reconstruct your new base, this will not go automatically.

Now, if this doesn't work, then yes, make a support ticket, but I've never heard about a bug like this...and I read the Steam forums too.
Problem with NMS is there is no manual, only some pop-up tutorials in the game. Read the blue messages while playing. Also in the Steam Community Hub you will find some guides (outdated, but you'll get the basics).
