I feel completely ripped off here, as soon as I tried to build my first base, the game crashes all the time. Now, as soon as I log in and try to move, I crash. This is not what I paid for, the game is clearly unplayable, and there have been 3 patches since this problem began. How do I get my money back since I simply cannot play the game?

Gog has the best refund policy out there, you clearly have an excellent claim to get your refund as the game breaking bugs are from HG themselves, so it's hard coded at this point...
